State Parks & STEM
Below are hikes and activities suggested for different Michigan State and Local Parks to encourage teachers, parents and students to get outside and connect and learn about our outside environment. This is STEM learning at its best: a diving board for teachers and students to take a jump and explore and engineer, but not provide the “right” answer. Activities encourage learners to discover and understand with an emphasis on action.
